OEPI was established in 2016 as a water utility provider specializing in water treatment. From its inception, OEPI’s primary focus was to deliver safe and clean water to communities, ensuring their well-being and access to reliablewater resources.

In 2020, OEPI started its operations to the municipality of Tapaz, marking a significant milestone in its journey. The successful implementation of water treatment in Tapaz further strengthened OEPI’s reputation as a dependable and capable water utility provider.

Building on its success in Tapaz, OEPI continued its growth and expansion in 2021 by expanding in the municipality of Dulag. This expansion into Dulag highlighted OEPI’s commitment to broadening its reach and making a positive impact on more communities.

Recently, we have started manufacturing HDPE pipes in Palo to service nearby customers and clients for their needs. By starting this endeavor, we aim to meet its stakeholders’ needs in no time.
